Wing-tip pattern in adult male: Note the relatively limited amount of black in the outer wing, and both P9 and P10 show a clear delimited pale 'tongue' on the inner webs (which is commonly found in barabensis).
Note also the tiny mirror on P9 (77% of breeding birds at Lake Tengiz showed mirrors on both P9 and P10).
