Gull spec. F.H 1CY, June 26 2021, Lelystad, the Netherlands. Picture: Jeroen Nagtegaal & Mars Muusse.

Red tibia ring r[F.H], ringed as pullus Larus cachinnans on June 26 2021 very near nest 54 in colony Lelystad, the Netherlands.
ID uncertain, but IF from nest 54, then both parents are known (Herring Gull and Herring x Yellow-legged Gull).

Inner primaries are no good match for Herring Gull argenteus, which normally has the outerwebs of the inner primaries obvious paler as well. So, maybe an F2-crossback, offspring from nest 54; or maybe cachinnans?
Hopefully it will be recorded (and photographed) in the coming years...
