Birds in complete moult: P1-P2 have been shed. In this immature bird, note the black centres on the secondaries, the brown wash over the wing-coverts and the dark centres on the primary coverts. Also note that the old tail-feathers must have had obvious white tips (although largely worn away by this time of the year).
