C8EM was ringed in Pälkän, Finland (61,37N 24,32E); ringed as pullus on July 02 1999 by Risto Juvaste. Hand when ringed: 180 mm.

Ringed as pullus at Palkan, Finland on July 02 1999, now in 5cy. Adult fuscus with small size, slender bill, dark upper-parts which turn brown hued when older and worn, lack of moult in the scapulars, wing-coverts and the primaries and small white tips on the outer primaries, which wear away quickly. Very small white tips on the six outer primaries, which look older than the very fresh inner four primaries and outer secondaries.
