No ring data yet, but H-901610 data is: ringed as juvenile on July 06 2010 at Zeebrugge, Belgium.
Second-calendar year European Herring Gull moulting to second-winter (second basic, second cycle) plumage. Some of the central greater coverts are missing while the outer greater coverts are still growing, in a wave inwards. The outer primaries P9 and P10 still have to be shed; most of the secondaries are still first-generation feathers.
