LBBG 3cy 5.362.238July 05 2005, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Picture Ruud Altenburg.

A relatively advanced looking 3cy LBBG, with most of the upper-parts adult-like grey. Note also the white tail-feathers in the picture, already moulted at the wintering grounds. The complete moult has just started by dropping the innermost primaries.

Ringed as pullus on June 26 2001, at IJmuiden, the Netherlands (20 km from Amsterdam).
