LBBG Dutch intergrade 8cy ES29, September 02 2003, Westkapelle, the Netherlands (51°33'0''N, 3°25'0''E)

Adult LBBG with P8-P10 still old, and P5 fully grown. All rectrices are still old. This bird was ringed as pullus in the Netherlands, at Maasvlakte on July 08 1996. ES29 is in 8cy now. Together with the primary moult, moult in the wing-coverts has started as well and the differences between the old brown and new grey feathers are obvious in the inner lesser coverts. The scapulars are a mix of old brown and new dark grey feathers as well. Note the snowy white head.
