This 1cy LBBG has been ringed in Belgium last summer: code Bruxelles  L-xxx (reading incomplete). About 50% of the scapulars have been replaced for second generation feathers. White tips to the primaries, together with pattern on tertials, coverts and scapulars very similar to argenteus.
