With thayeri pattern on P9 and full sub-terminal black on P5. Yellowish iris with much speckling (75-99%). Difficult to separate from kumlieni as the pigmenttaion on the primaries is not black but rather dark grey. However, 5 broad sub-terminal bands on the outer primaries is not common in kumlieni.
