An individual which is not really easily aged as there is still some black on the bill and some of the wing-coverts are very pale brown, especially in the carpal edge. This could indicate a sub-adult.
On the other hand the p10 mirror is pretty large and even p9 shows a mirror (as can just be seen in the top image). This of course strongly advocates an adult. The tail is all white and completely present.
