Two images of different Slender-billed Gulls. In this plumage, Slender-billed Gull normally show adult-like upper-parts, though some have a dark centre in (one of the) tertials. Leg colour and bill colour are not as dull orange as in 2cy birds, but more orange-red; though still not as coral red as in full adult birds. The tail-band is gone, the second generation tail is all white.
