Gulls in NW Europe

Herring Gull 2cy (argentatus) November 23 2011, Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
Not ringed, but plumage suggests north Scandinavian origin. Last replaced feathers are several inner wing-coverts and upper tertials, replaced in the partial autumn moult; yet, these feathers are still not plain adult-like grey.
