Herring Gull 3cy (argenteus) November 23 2011, Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
Not ringed, but plumage suggests 3cy bird of local origin, with limited black in the white tail and much grey in upperparts. P10 fully grown with small mirror. Note plain greater coverts.
