Ringed as pullus in breeding season 2009 at Forteiland, IJmuiden.

Showing heavily worn first-generation wing feathers; the wing coverts have bleached to almost white and the greater coverts are worn so much that the underlying secondaries are clearly visible.
The scapulars show a combination of brown and grey feathers. The iris is dark, the bill has a light pink base with a dark tip.
Primary moult just started: -/P2.
