Ringed in Sweden, Stockholm 8082746, ringed as pullus on 11 June 1992 at Malmö, Skane, Sweden (55.38N 13.03E). In this individual the grey-tone of the mantle is slaty-grey. Grey-tone in the field very variable, depending on the relative position of the bird to the observer. However, this individual was not as pale grey as this picture suggest.
