Some 2cy LBBG, especially from type 2 with many grey scapulars have finished the wing covert moult. Others, like this one, are still moulting the median coverts, which are now replaced by 3^rd generation, relatively plain feathers. The lesser covert moult is also in progress and the covert rows show gaps of missing feathers. The second greater covert has been replaced as well. Note the new tail with a white fringe.
