LBBG Dutch intergrade NLA 5.326.111, September 02 2003, Westkapelle, the Netherlands (51°33'0''N, 3°25'0''E)
Adult LBBG with P6-P10 still old. All rectrices and secondaries still old. This bird was ringed in the Netherlands. Ringed July 23 2002 at Westenschouwen strand, Zeeland as 1+cy. Together with the primary moult, moult in the wing-coverts has started as well and the differences between the old brown and new grey feathers are obvious in the median coverts. The scapulars are a mix of old brown and new dark grey feathers as well. The old wing-coverts are very worn. Adults with 5 old primaries by the first week of September are no exception, but in general slightly behind in moult.
