Primary moult stage is: p8-p10 are old and p5 full-grown.

Active moult is in progress in all the wing-coverts. Greater covert #3 is clearly fresh and the outer greater coverts are missing (although this is difficult to see, two secondaries are wrongly folded over the coverts). The outer median coverts are currently replaced as well and in the lesser coverts and scapulars new feathers grow in randomly.

Early September, these adults are the last to leave the colony. Already, well over 99% (35.000⁺) of the local adult LBBGs have left the colony.
