Upper-parts with a few old feathers. Old coverts very worn and bleached, while some scattered wing coverts seem to be moulted more recently. Pigmentation of bare parts less adult-like than in many others. It is unclear whether streaking in hind neck has been caused by unmoulted feathers or by moulted feathers still showing some patterning.
