An individual, pretty hard to age with certainty. Some features apply to 3cy, like the dark centres of the fresh tertials and the bill (with a pinkish yellow base and a clear black bill-band. On the other hand, the tips of the fresh primaries (p8 full-grown) appear pretty large and could well apply to 4^th generation feathers. Another adult feature is the all white tail.
