Many features advocate 4cy, as this individual appears almost adult-like in upper-part coloration. P9-10 are still old and look very abraded. P10 lacks a mirror and therefore may strongly point to 3cy. P8 is growing, p7 is new and full-grown (without an obvious white tip). This very small gap in the outer primary moult may indicate arrested moult soon, as in the ordinary strategy p9 would have been shed already.
