Blue tibia ring b[D|C], ringed as pullus Larus cachinnans on May 20 2021 at nest M04 21 in colony De Kreupel, the Netherlands.
ID is uncertain: both parents are unknown, but juvenile plumage is nice match to Caspian Gull.
