Yellow-legged Gull michahellis 2CY, July 27 2001, Boulogne-sur-Mer, NW France.

P10 is still juvenile, while p7 is fully grown. This bird shows fresh 2nd generation-like tertials. The median coverts were replaced recently, #8 is still growing. The central greater coverts are missing and growing. Note the many grey adult-like feathers in the scapulars.
