Yellow-legged Gull michahellis sub-adult, September 17 2001, Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands.

A strong, heavy built individual, probably a male. Primary P8 is fully grown. Extensive black on the bill, speckled iris and pale yellow legs may indicate 3CY rather than 4CY bird. However, very bold white tips on primaries.
