Yellow-legged Gull michahellis Ozzano C87316 (near?)adult, October 03 & 04 2002, Etaples, France (50.44N,01.35E).

Primary P9 is fully grown, and P10 has reached the length of P6: PMS of 49. This is more in line with sub-adults and 3CY Yellow-legged Gulls from France than with the other adults present. Note the fine but rather extensive streaking on the head and the obvious black on the bill: some indications for not being a full adult bird.
As soon as data become available, more information will be added.
