Lelystad 2024:

Cachinnans - nest Lelystad b/w-AF (155)

General remarks:

  • Eggs: Volume measured by Stonehouse (1964) and Spaans & Spaans (1975), which make comparison possible with data from Texel (Camphuysen pers comm 16.04.2020).
  • Nest 155 positioned on artificial breakwater 1 west. Location is near Blackberry, south of r-7P. New southernmost nest 2024.
  • Uncertainty on ID in 2024, one Herring Gull argenteus and one Caspian Gull cachinnans. Herring Gull trapped in 2024, now b/w-AF.
