Cachinnans - nest Lelystad g-A|F & b/r-JA (265-2024/25)
General remarks:
- Eggs: Volume measured by Stonehouse (1964) and Spaans & Spaans (1975), which make comparison possible with data from Texel (Camphuysen pers comm 16.04.2020).
- Nest 265 positioned on breakwater dam 2 east, just east of blocks, close to XCHP, blue rope on north side.
- In 2024: one parent is Caspian Gull. This male trapped in April 2024, now g-A|F. Dark centre in primary covert may indicate 5CY/6CY bird. Other is Herring Gull type.
- In 202: male Caspian Gull g-A|F. Female Herring Gull ringed in 2025, now br-JA.
