Red B.P ringed as pullus on July 02 2021 at colony De Kreupel - eastern section, the Netherlands (5247.00 N 513.00 E). Ringer: Leon Kelder.
Plumage pattern and late moult in scapulars in July indicate Herring Gull.

Note:
- compact jizz, short winged,
- tibia have sort impression,
- notched fringes at tertials,
- rounded head with stubby bill (compare to resting immature Caspian Gull, left),
- greater coverts with deep notched pattern, also in outer feathers, and lacking bold white tips,
- scapular region still completely juvenile by last day of July.
