Orbital ring pink, vivid red small gonys spot on yellow bill and yellow iris. Broad tertial crescents and secondary tips. Upperparts grey tone about equal to graellsii Lesser Black-backed Gull. Strong pink, short-looking legs. Note white in neck extending far down on mantle.
