Tips of P4 and P5 just visible and seem to be 2nd generation. Open wing would be welcome to confirm this, as the bird looks pretty advanced otherwise (complete grey scap region, extensive partial autumn moult in upper tertials and wing-coverts, now adult-like grey). This all would better fit 3rd cycle birds.
