Some wing-tips. First check should be: is there any black / dark markings in the centres of the greater primary coverts? If not, assumed adult plumage.
Wing-tip pattern : often full sub-terminal band on P10, often no mirror on P9, often black on 7 primaries (black spot on outerweb of P4).
