Mew Gull canus sub-adult, November 30 - December 02 2016, Grou, the Netherlands.

Overall adult-like bird lacking white tipped P8-P10, with fine blackish streak on greater primary covert and dark alula, much black on outer primaries (small P9 mirror, small primary tips). These features may apply to full adult birds, nonetheless labeled "sub-adult" or younger adult, sometimes called 3rd cycle-type.
