Classic winter bird: fine streaking on head, most white in neck and side of breast, dark iris, black on bill in winter, large mirror on P10.

Adult Mew Gull photographed on 12/10/2011 beachfront Le-Touquet-Paris-Plage in the Pas de Calais.
This gull is at age, as can be told from the old metal ring which is partially worn.
