E). One median covert is obviously different patterned and look fresh
black. The same can be seen in the scapulars, where upper lower scapulars
and lower upper scapulars are adult-like black. |

E). A very powerful and dominant GBBG, most probably a male. In this bird,
inner and outer median coverts have been replaced for blackish feathers
and probably the two tracts will meet at the central coverts, creating a
solid dark bar. |
