Caspian Gull cachinnans is the common breeding species in Ukraine, but this bird certainly has a michahellis look, with short rich yellow legs, clean yellow iris and much black in P10.
Bill probably better fits cachinnans with weak gonys angle? Age 4CY based on black markings in old secondaries.
