Juvenile bird, with obvious 2nd generation wing coverts in the upper-wing (carpal edge) and several of the under-wing coverts (fresh chevrons). Some west Mediterranean 1cy michahellis may replace limited amount of tail feathers (see HERE and this example) and apparently this is also the case in some armenicus (unless this individual is also michahellis of course).
