Old juvenile wing-coverts (e.g. outer greater covert tips worn, exposing centres of secondaries underneath) and the fringes of the lower tertials are very worn by April. Second generation wing-coverts (e.g. the inner coverts of all tracts in this bird) attained last autumn, are bleached now as well. Upper tertials 2nd gen as well.
