Old juvenile wing-coverts (e.g. outer greater covert tips worn, exposing centres of secondaries underneath) and the fringes of the central and lower tertials are very worn by April. Second generation wing-coverts (e.g. the inner coverts of all tracts and central median and lower lesser coverts in this bird) attained last autumn, are bleached now as well. Upper tertials 2nd gen as well.
