P10 with small mirror, but outer primaries with very small white tips (indication for 3rd gen). Extensive black in the tail and markings on greater and lesser primary coverts also fit 3cy age. Bill pattern mature, with sharply demarcated band, is somewhat advanced probably for 3cy, and could suggest 4cy.
