Adult bird alarming and flying over the colony.

Phenotypics:
P10 medium mirror separated from white tip by full subterminal band, short pale tongue on P10.
P9 small mirror.
P5 with full subterminal band.
Moult: P1-P2 growing, P3-P4 missing, P5-P10 old.
From this image the iris looks pretty dark. No red on upper mandible, fine black line on bill.
