General remarks:

  • Eggs: Volume measured by Stonehouse (1964) and Spaans & Spaans (1975), which make comparison possible with data from Texel (Camphuysen pers comm 16.04.2020).
  • Nest 139 positioned on dam 1 eastern part, 65 mtr west of the lighthouse. Most eastern nest on dam 1. Nest on top of dam.
  • ID certain in 2022: parents are both adult Caspian Gulls, but partner 2 has Herring Gull trait on P5.
  • ID certain in 2023: same partners as 2022.
  • ID certain in 2024: same partners as 2022/2023. In April 2024 male cachinnans trapped:g-A|H.
