All of the banded WEGUs with plain color bands, found in California have been from the Southeast Farallon Islands. For every year, they start using a new colour for that cohort. This is a bird from year 'WHITE'. Hatch year 2015. Far inland record. A Colorado "Mega" that was reported by Steve Mlodinow in June. It is a 1-yr-old bird with a white color band on its left leg. P6 fully grown, P10 still old juvenile.
