See website: The Gulls Of Appledore.

American Herring Gull banded green alphanumeric M82. An 'Appledore Gull' banded on Appledore Island, Maine, banded as breeding adult in May 2012. It was reported in July 2014 as having a hook under it's lower bill. Nice to see when they survive these types of injuries. Totally healthy and hanging out with another banded gull which was banded the same year but as a chick m(V18).

Note the yellowish legs in M82.
