ID certain, both parents are Caspian Gull cachinnans.

Suspicious pattern on outerweb of P2-P3, lack of extensive dark centres on outer GC, and fairly stubby and high bill may suggest influence of Herring Gull, but both parents known, and match pure Caspian Gull.
