Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus) 2cy, September 23 2011, Scheveningen, The Netherlands.

Bird in last stage of complete moult: P8 / -. Moult gap in central gc closed. First sign of partial moult seems to be present: in the tertials tt1 missing and the outer mc and llc are replaced again, with the tips of the new feathers just visible behind the flank feathers.
