Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus) 2CY, July 30 2014, IJmuiden, the Netherlands.

Bird in complete moult: P7/P10. All coverts replaced for 2nd gen feathers (except maybe some very small lesser coverts in the carpal edge). Active moult in tail: central rectrices replaced, several outer growing. Secondary moult started as well: S1-S2 new, several missing, inner feathers old juvenile.
