Great Black-backed Gull (Larus marinus) JP328 2cy: January 15 2012, IJmuiden, the Netherlands.
Only few scapulars replaced. Bird ringed in N Norway, as pullus on 30 July 2011. Appears to be strictly marine, always spotted at beaches in the Netherlands, in contrast to birds that commonly frequent fishing harbours.
