Age 2cy: pale bird, close to some 1st cycle glaucoides. From a European view, such birds maybe best left unidentified to sub-species, although outer primaries just a shade darker than inner primaries and a hint of what could be called a tail-band. No obvious darker secondary bar and in general bars on coverts darker than pigmentation on outer primaries. Note most scapulars replaced.
