Yellow C0, banded in winter in January 2012, in St. John's, Newfoundland (LAT: 47.80833; LON: -52.80833). Detailed banding data still pending.

Wingtip darkness score: difficult to estimate with overexposure by white snow, estimation is 2 - medium grey (Estimated Kodak 7-10). In the study by Howell & Mactavish, about 77% of Kumlien's Gulls in New Foundland belong to this category, see Table 1.
