Possible 2cy heuglini, but could well be cachinnans on head profile and moult stage. Most visible wing-coverts replaced to 2nd gen feathers, which are worn and bleached already. This is normally not associated with 2cy heuglini, which moult late in winter and normally shows fresh 2nd gen feathers in March.
